I am so glad you’ve found your way here! This space is an extension of my heart and soul—a place for us to explore what it means to live fully aligned in body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re here seeking inspiration, guidance, or simply a moment of stillness, welcome.


The Evolution of My Work

The journey to creating this blog has been one of evolution, transformation, and deep listening to my soul. When I founded Shanti Health and Wellness LLC, it was built around the Sanskrit word shanti, meaning peace. I believed then, as I do now, that when we tap into our inner peace, life opens up in profound and beautiful ways.


Over time, my work expanded beyond the individual service of yoga to including Reiki and other energy work, as well as wellness coaching. I began weaving these services together, creating a holistic approach that felt more aligned with how I want to serve. This inspired me to name my website WholeBeingJourney because it reflects not only the work I do but also the journey I’ve taken toward wholeness and alignment.


Then came Return to Her, my podcast where I help women reconnect with their inner selves—their essence. It’s a labor of love that allows me to share my voice, my story, and the practices that have changed my life.


This blog now feels like the perfect complement to everything I’ve been building. It’s a space where I can connect with you in a different way—through words that invite reflection, spark inspiration, and offer tangible practices to support your journey. Here, I can dive deeper into the topics that matter most to me and to those I serve, creating another layer of connection and support.


What to Expect Here

In the Wholebeing Journal, you can expect reflections, practices, and guidance for living a life of alignment and wholeness. I’ll be sharing posts inspired by my journey, as well as actionable tips for cultivating balance, peace, and vitality in your daily life. Think self-care practices, wisdom teachings, and soulful musings—all designed to help you embrace and embody your wholebeing.


I also plan to bring some of the themes from my podcast to life here in written form, along with other health and wellness topics that light me up. My hope is that this blog becomes a resource you can return to again and again—a place to feel inspired, supported, and reminded of the peace that already exists within you.
